While I have you here, let me ask if any of this sounds familiar...

I see so many women believing they have to be super restrictive with their diets, drastically cut calories, or going to the extremes to see results.

​

I also see so many Christian women feeling like they're not supposed to take care of themselves because it would make them less selfless, or take time away from their other duties.

​

So instead, we have women who are chronically fatigued, have a strained relationship with food and movement, imbalances in digestion and hormone health...and at the end of the day burnt out and uncomfortable in their skin.

​

When the desired results don't materialize, or the discomfort becomes too much to handle, the instinct is to push harder—doing more, eating less, adding more on to our plates—perpetuating a cycle that overstresses the body and works against its natural design.

​

Scripture reminds us: “Do you not know that your bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit... Therefore honor God with your bodies.” (1 Corinthians 6:19-20)

​

And in Ephesians 5: 29-30 says: "For no one hates his own flesh but rather nourishes and cherishes it, even as Christ does the church, because we are members of His body."

​

By overexerting and under nourishing ourselves, we end up neglecting the responsibility of caring for the bodies that God hand crafted, and we also cannot be the best example of God's love in the people's lives around us. â€‹

​

So, how do we break this cycle?

I guide my clients through what I call the Self-Love System—an individualized mind, body, and spirit approach, to developing a positive relationship with food, movement, and your body.

Through nutrition, functional movement, lifestyle coaching -- all guided by faith -- we can create a foundation that leads to sustainable results, and enrichment in all areas of your life.
